I am currently in my second week of taking the Halo Beauty hair/skin/nail Booster vitamin, and while it is too early to notice any changes to my skin/hair/nails (vitamins/supplements take between 2-4 weeks for noticeable differences) I thought I would do a mini check!

As mentioned in my prior post, I will be taking the vitamins with a drink…because I completely fail at swallowing pills. The FAQ section on the company’s website (Halo Beauty FAQ), as well as their Instagram, state doing so is an appropriate method. This has been incredible easy, due to the design of the pill! With a simple twist, the two parts of the capsule can be separated. I have added the vitamin into different types of juices and haven’t had any issues with the taste of the drink. Overall, I’m happy with my choice of giving Halo Beauty a try, bring in week 2!
