Halo Beauty Trial

My hair is a problem. It has always been thin and dry, despite the hair masks, biotin supplements and special shampoos. Yes, I have even tried Sugar Bear Hair, which has been promoted on every Instagram models page at some point; however, I did not notice any change with my hair texture or growth after a month of eating those delicious blue bears. So here it goes, I am going to try Halo Beauty’s ‘Hair/Skin/Nails’ supplement for one month! Naturally, when I saw that Tati Westbrook created a supplement to facilitate healthier hair/skin/nails I was excited to give it a go. I love her YouTube videos, and appreciate her for how honest/real she is about beauty reviews; therefore, as a consumer I feel like she would stand behind a decent product.

From what I can tell, her company is very active with not only promoting customer before and afters, but with answering any questions people have about the supplements as well. The Halo Beauty product line as of this post, contains 2 types of supplements – Hair/Skin/Nails Booster, and the Kiwi Seed Skin Booster; and after review of their website along with establishing what I want to accomplish, I decided which product to purchase.

The waiting period between the time I ordered and the supplements arriving at my doorstep was quick, for an independent small business, about 4 business days. The packaging is nice; it’s a sturdy feeling container, with a protective seal under the cap. Unfortunately for me, the capsules are large and I know I will not be able to take them in pill form (I’m worse than a child). However, on the Halo Beauty Instagram they have a very thorough FAQ section (which I would advise anyone to check out, if they are interested in this product), and it does say that the pill capsules can be opened and the supplement can be mixed with a smoothie.

I will try to check in, in a couple weeks, to see if there are any noticeable changes. My plan is to take the recommended dose of 2 capsules a day in the morning with a smoothie…which will go perfectly, I just need to figure out a way to keep this in check with my Tone it Up meal plan as well!
